Where can I change my baby's nappy and feed with privacy when out and about?
Rangiora Public Library 141 Percival Street (opposite Farmers and beside Victoria Park)
Walk through the library doors, straight ahead, until you see the toilet sign.
You can sit comfortably on the red chair and feed your baby in peace. Other facilities include a nappy changing mat, sink, soap, paper towels and a microwave.
