Perinatal Wellbeing Canterbury runs a group in Kaiapoi every Tuesday 10:00-12:00 in the Coastguard building, 76A Charles Street. This is a peer supporter led group for parents of under fives, experiencing perinatal mental overwhelm. Visit the Perinatal Wellbeing Canterbury website or Facebook page.
Mother4Mother Breastfeeding Support
All pregnant women, new mothers, babies and children welcome at the support groups. Facilitated by Breastfeeding Peer Supporters with a Lactation Consultant usually available.
Rangiora: 10.00am-12.00 on Fridays. 161 Ashley Street (Rangiora Health Hub, Whanau Room).
Amberley: 10:00-12:00 on Fridays. 111 Carters Road, Plunket Rooms, behind the library.
