See the Playgroup page for links to online sessions, such as Mainly Music, Baby Times and Story Times. Check out Go Noodle (online educational dance/movement/singing) - it's a resource I've enjoyed as a teacher and great for toddlers too.

Breastfeeding Resources: For peer support and/or to get in touch with the Rangiora Lactation Consultant, join the Mother 4 Mother North Canterbury Facebook page. I am a trained breastfeeding peer supporter, happy to have a chat online and can refer you to the lactation consultant if needed.
La Leche League NZ online meetings: Meetings are usually on the last Tuesday of the month from 7pm until about 9pm. Live chats are usually on a Tuesday between meetings from 10am and 12pm.
Join the Breast Start La Leche League Christchurch Facebook group for support. Accredited La Leche League Leaders and mothers who are trained breastfeeding peer supporters can help via this Facebook group, over the phone or via email.

Pre or postnatal exercise: most North Canterbury businesses are offering online sessions/classes during this time.
Helping with COVID-19 Tip Sheets from a Child & Family Psychologist. There is a tip sheet available for parent's of young children with ideas on how to explain and deal with 'staying home' in a fun and positive way.
